How a commission unfolds
- First exchange
- We talk about what you need, the repertoire you play, and the budget.
- Outline, wood and setup
- I propose the outline, the wood and the style of setup, according to the repertoire and your preferences.
- Making
- I build the instrument entirely by hand, and I keep you posted as it advances.
- Delivery and trial
- I hand you the instrument, I make the final adjustments, and you try it, at the workshop or from a distance.
